Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

What if I need to pause?

Life happens. You can pause your membership for up to 30 days once per year.

Do sessions roll over?

Unused sessions expire at the end of each month to encourage consistency and results.

Is there a contract?

No contracts! All memberships are month-to-month with 30-day notice for cancellation.

Can I share my membership?

Memberships are individual, but Total Wellness members get one guest pass per month.
